# Cadastral data and web services

Cadastral data © Dirección General del Catastro.
The Dirección General del Catastro provides the cadastral data and web services
accessed by CatastRo and is credited as a data contributor (dtc) in Authors@R.
The GPL-2 license for the package code does not replace the terms governing
access to and use of these data and services.

# INSPIRE access and use conditions

The official INSPIRE license covers cadastral parcels (CP), addresses (AD) and
buildings (BU). The following is an informational summary, not a replacement
for the official license (version 1.0, July 2016):

- Using the services entails acceptance of their access and use conditions.
- The license permits use by the license holder and the creation of transformed
  products. Public and commercial reuse is subject to its transformation
  requirements; redistribution of original, untransformed data is not authorized.
- Data may be outdated or incorrect. The provider disclaims responsibility
  for derived products, which must not be presented as official cadastral
  information or misrepresent the source data.
- Access may be interrupted for maintenance or usage that affects the service.
  Misuse may lead to revocation of the license.
