inst/element-plus/ contains unmodified copies of Element Plus 2.14.7
(dist/index.full.min.js, its 67 locales under dist/locale/, and
theme-chalk's index.css, display.css and dark/css-vars.css) and of
@element-plus/icons-vue 2.3.2 (dist/index.iife.min.js), bundled so the
package works without fetching anything at runtime. Eleven locales are
files; the other 56 are packed, unmodified, in dist/locale/more.tar.gz.

unchanged) but not in the package built for CRAN, which loads it from the
unpkg CDN when asked for it.
